HOW IT WORKS

Ready, Steady, Sell is designed to support you as you navigate the next stage of your mini-course journey. 

There are four phases that we will cover in the short pre-recorded videos: 

 

💗 Launch phase (when you are actively selling and marketing your mini-course)

💗 The set up phase and the start of the course.

💗 The middle/running the course phase. 

💗 The wrap up/course completion phase.

 

You get to decide how you engage with this course.  

You can go through this course and then launch your own mini-course afterwards.

Or if you want to launch and start delivering your mini-course whilst doing this course, then decide upon a start date for your mini-course (roughly two weeks after you start Ready, Steady, Sell) and GET SELLING!! 

You spend the next two (ish) weeks SELLING YOUR MINI-COURSE.

And then you start the delivery of your mini-course.

Practical

Practical things to do before your first session - send them a reminder email or post in the group. (You can use this in the EB template)  Make sure to remind them of the basic details like when it’s on, the zoom link; where the course materials are stored.

 

 

 

First session

Running your first session. Creating safety - introducing yourself. Setting clear boundaries for your group container. Reminding them how the course works and where they can find the info. Setting them up to get value from the course - which might include mindset/what they get to learn/who they get to become. Making sure the practical information is easy to find. Introducing any upsell that you may have.

 

 

 

Growth

Post launch Growth evaluation. What it is. Why it is important. How to use it. What TO do - make it fun and special, a celebration of your courage and new skill building and an opportunity for growth, learning and celebration. What NOT to do - don’t need to spend hours on it, definitely don’t use it as an opportunity to bash yourself.
