WEEK ONE

YOUR WHY & YOUR GOALS

 

Week one is all about setting the stage for success by understanding your why and your goals. There are only two pre-recorded videos (i’m going easy on you!) as we will be covering the rest in the live. 

This week’s live is an opportunity to meet each other, for me to explain why I came up with the course and to get the ball rolling together.


 

WEEK ONE: MINDSET

This is actually about who you become from creating this:

✨Be willing to run it for 1 person - you will create new neural pathways

✨Inner Goal vs Outer Goal

✨Making the inner goals more important.

✨Inner goal and mission (what is my why?)

Get comfortable either sitting or lying down, take several deep breaths to relax before listening to the video. Use what you discover to fill in the template in the google doc.

Week 2 Intro

Topics we will be covering this week and why

1. One Simple Idea

✨How to keep this simple - you have embodied it, you feel strongly about it, you are confident enough on it. You think that other people might want that too. 

✨Why pick one simple thing: it’s easier for people to say yes to, it is tangible which helps with the yes, it creates safety in your buyers minds, it establishes you as an expert

✨Pick one simple thing - one simple problem that you can help people with. E.g. money magic is - fix your lack mindset. 

 
 

2. Your Content

You don’t have to have it all perfectly mapped out. 

Feel into the energy that you want to embody and infuse this container with. E.G. I wanted MM to feel witchy and magical and help people access that part of themselves. 

Think about the journey you will take them on over four weeks - what you will cover - map out a skeleton idea - so money magic was Activate: Plentitude: Clear: Havingness. 

What are the big topics, the key learnings or shifts, the big ideas

OR make a list of everything you want to cover and then put it together! 

3. The Container

What mindset/energetics do you want people to bring (e.g for Easy Breezy, it’s Done is better than Perfect. I am not available for overwhelm. This gets to be FUN. 

What boundaries and guidelines do you want in the group e.g. I have one where there is no unsolicited advice or coaching - if you want coaching clearly ASK for it  

Think about the culture that you want to embody (I allow people to see the real me. I try to over deliver. I try to see everyone as being innately brilliant and able and in their power. I hold a tight space in the facebook group with clear guidelines.)

✨Decide on one simple idea you want to teach on.

✨ Brainstorm points you want to cover.

✨ Revisit the mindset/energetics you want to embody and support your people to embody through this program - have they changed in the planning? Do you like the changes?

✨Fill out your google doc with the boundaries and guidelines for your group.

✨ Is there something you want to sell them during the course that enhances their experience (e.g. in MM I offer a highly reduced rate one to one) 

✨ Decide on a name. (know that this can change further down the line!) and change it at the top of the google doc!

Week 3 Intro

1. Don't Get Bogged Down In The Details

✨This is the trap that stops SO many people (myself included moving forward!) Just make a decision, know that this is your first time running it and you can always change next time.

 
 

2. Things You Will Need To Decide

Length and cost is done! (four weeks @ £97) 

Where will you host it? (e.g. Facebook group/whatsapp group/zoom) 

Are you going to create any materials? Will there be homework, a workbook, checklists, templates etc?

How will you deliver it? Facebook lives, zoom, pre-corded videos will there be slides or will you just talk? 

How are you going to take payment - bank transfer/paypal link/stripe account/payment plan? 

Where are you going to share it in order to sell it/tell people about it? (e.g facebook, IG link in bio/stories/personal reach outs/mailing list)

3. Marketing Materials

PDF sales page using CANVA - talk about having somewhere to send people or a document to give people. OR a quick video outlining what would be in the sales page

OR a simple google doc 

OR they can create a sales page on their website. 

In the google doc I have created an outline of questions to answer to create the sales document.

4. Homework

Complete the logistics section of the google doc

WEEK FOUR

MINDSET, MARKETING & SELLING

Week 4 Intro

 
 
 

1. Mindset

Revisit your inner goal when times get tough - (WHICH THEY WILL) your inner goal will help to give you perspective and keep you going. 

This is about progress over perfection

Think about your power thoughts. 

We are here to create new neural pathways, to smash what we think is possible for us and to share our knowledge with the world.

2. Marketing

Think about how this is going to make people’s lives better - be very specific - revisit what you wrote in your PDF as this will give you things to think about. 

Take each section and use it as the basis for posts

Think about what you LOVE about your course, why it’s brilliant, why it’s different and ground breaking, why it is going to be so useful to people. 

Keep it light, you don’t have to get the marketing ‘right’ you just have to have fun and play around with written posts and videos

 
 

3. Selling

Two week selling window - short and sharp and to the point - have fun with it. 

Set a goal but be more attached to who you are becoming than the actual goal. 

You already have people in your life right now who are interested in this. 

REPEAT YOURSELF - again and again and again.

BE SPECIFIC - tell them when it starts, how it will work, how much it will cost, how long it is, what you will cover. 

Tell people EXACTLY how to sign up “Go to my bio, click the link, enter your card details or whatever)

Talk about it WAY more than you think you need to. Don’t worry about annoying people because people never ever see all your posts. 

Don’t be freaked out if your numbers drop on engagement.

4. Homework

✨ Write out your inner goal and power thoughts (from part one) and stick them somewhere you can see them! You will want to come back to these when your mind starts fucking with you (which it will) 

✨ Note down any ideas you have for social media posts in the ‘Socials’ section of your Google Doc. 

✨ Start dropping hints about what’s to come if you are selling on social media. 

✨ Write sales emails - if using them. Remember to tell people exactly how to pay you!! 

✨ OPTIONAL create the replay emails (I never do this ahead of time, always the day after my sessions!)
