Five years ago...

I set myself a challenge over the summer holidays: move every day for a minimum of 15 mins. Make it about LOVING MYSELF even when real life gets busy 

 

Let me tell you babes - it was a GAME CHANGER! 

 

- So much so that, I have done it every year since. Yay me! 

- SOOOOOO much so that last year, I decided I wanted to have other people to play with cos it’s always more fun with a gang, right?

 

That’s what SOSL (get it!!) is all about: challenging yourself to spend 31 days over the summer holidays doing something self-loving EVERY SINGLE DAY and doing it with a group of unicorns to cheer you on and lift you up. 

here’s why I think you will L💗VE it.

 

SOSL - is not a serious challenge - it is a light hearted fun challenge that creates epic shifts. 

 

I designed it with neuro-spicy rebels in mind. 

 

SOSL makes something that could be dull and heavy - creating a consistent daily self-love practice (YAWNNNN) - into something that is so light and fun, even if you don’t know the foggiest thing about a daily practice. 

 

You will love how YOU are in charge of what you do - you can literally use the contents however you like and there is so much scope for playfulness. You decide to do 15 mins of movement every single day and that’s your summer challenge. Or you could decide to meditate with your breath every day and that’s your challenge. Or you could play with the lucky dip and do 31 different things. Or you could just mix and match depending on how you feel every day. It’s like one of those pick and mix walls of awesomeness you get at the cinema - you get to dive on in.

 

You will love how the different types of materials and resources - all so fun and QUICK. 

 

You will love how bespoke this is for us neuro-spicy lot - there’s a challenge chart to print off so you can mark the days off and watch your progress; a lucky dip where you can literally make the summer into one long game; short magical self-love yoga classes; a meditation, a heavenly breathing session and even journaling prompts.

The energy of this challenge is LIGHT, PLAYFUL and FUN. That’s why the practices I give you are between 5 and 15 mins long. Nothing too time consuming and heavy - it’s summer after all!
We will do this in community with a fun, supportive whatsapp group to share your epic triumphs (your fun photos!) and your frustrations and fails - ALL OF YOU IS WELCOME.
If you like variety (personally the idea of doing the same thing every day makes me want to vomit!) you can decide which practises you fancy trying.
If you like consistency, you can choose one practice and do it every day.
The intention is one of playful, loving, commitment to yourself.
I am even going to make a cute AF PDF chart for you to mark a heart on every day that you complete. It’s gonna feel so good at the end when you see those 31 hearts!
